Finally, my SMART Bro internet connection has been fixed. And thank you very much for sharing me your thoughts about the SMART Bro wireless internet and for all your suggestions regarding my problems.

Actually, I was planning to give the man who’d fix my internet connection a tip but I decided not to give him because he’s late. The customer care of the Smart Bro through its hotline *1888 told me that the report made by the technical support had been processed last Friday and it was scheduled to be fixed on Monday. But then, he just came here this afternoon.

Well… I am of course thankful to him for fixing my internet connection.

By the way, the man replaced the antenna of my SMART Bro internet told me that my location as the SMART Bro client is not the ideal one. I may have an internet connection but the speed and the continuity of the connection (reliability) are really bad.

Well, I already know about it, that’s the reason why I am not complaining everytime I experience disconnection. Just like what I told you before, my Smart Bro antenna is facing to the location of the Smart Bro Tower but the the antenna on that tower is not facing to me but to the opposite direction.

Shift to Globelines Broadband and  Backup connection

Some of you suggested that I should change my connection from Smart Bro to Globelines.

Actually, I was thinking about it before… even before I applied for the Smart Bro connection. But I learned from my neighbors that the Globelines Broadband here in our area is worst than other internet services available here.

And just like what most of you suggested, I will have my backup internet connection.
