Yeah, you’re right. They are sooooooo unreliable all right. The grammatical construction, the factuality and many times the objectivity of the articles are very weak. I even came across an issue on the Ms. SCUAA 2008 pageant where they announced that it was Ms. EVSU who won the Best in Talent (it was actually Ms. VSU). Such mistakes confuse the readers instead of bringing them to clarity. Now, I am a student editor of VSU and I know very well the need to be very strong, factual and accurate in news items such as this. Once published, you can never take it back. I believe they really need a lot of overhauling to do. (Plus, they need good editors!)
