I took my examination in Tuguegarao City and went home here in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur last March 2008. I did not apply believing that i can apply anywhere. But when i tried to register here, I heve learned that a new order was released stating that the place of examination should be the place of registration. I am planning to fly to Tuguegarao next week.
