June 8, 2009 – The June 2009 Nurse Licensure Examination or June 2009 NLE was held last Saturday and Sunday, June 6 and 7, 2009 in various regions. There are more or less 80,000 Nurses who registered for the licensure examination but we don’t know yet how many of them really took the exam.

Regarding to the release of the result of the licensure examination, I think, it will be released by the late of July 2009. This is of course based on the June 2008 Nurse Licensure Examination which was held on June 1 and 2, 2008 and the result was released on July 23, 2008.

However, the number of those who registered to take the exam last Saturday and Sunday is greater than the number of examinees of the June 2008 Nurse Board Examination by more or less 20,000. And I guess this 20,000 examinees can affect the checking of papers. By considering this factor, I think, the result will be finally released on the month of August 2009.
