October 19, 2009 – Kenny Bayless has been appointed again as the third man in the ring or the referee of the Manny Pacquiao-Miquel Cotto boxing bout this November 14, 2009 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

It was the Nevada State Athletic Commission that appointed Kenny Bayless, including the 3 other judges: Dave Moretti, Adelaide Byrd and Duane Ford.

He was already in the ring with Pacquiao when he knocked out Erik Morales in 2006. When Pacquiao fought Juan Manuel Marquez for the second time, he was also there in the ring, even during the time when Manny Pacquiao knocked out Ricky Hatton during Pacquiao’s recent fight last May 2009.

And with Pacquiao’s bout against Cotto, could he be the charm of Pacquiao to win again?
