I think, there links that are previous considered by Google as valid but later on those links were dropped, thus you lost some backlinks which resulted to PR0. But just like what I said on the article above, PR0 rating of your blog doesn’t always mean that you also lose the ranking in the SERP.

Sir, what do you think the reason why I’m getting again PR0 for the last two weeks. Months ago, my blog was rated PR0- but after 1 week it was rated back again as PR2. I realized it was just a flaw of the tool I am using. I am still using mypagerank.net/seomonitor in monitoring my stats. On the past 2 weeks, seomonitor says that my blog is again PR0. Is it possible that this is again another flaw? Even Google’s PR Toolbar is showing my blog as PR0, but I am still getting a good position in the SERPs…
