Updates:
- Tropical Storm Ondoy (Ketsana) made the landfall near the boundary of Aurora and Quezon with the packing winds of 85 kilometers per hour near the center and the speed of 19 kilometer per hour moving west-northwest, (September 26, 2009).
- Licensure Examination for Teachers in Metro Manila on Sunday, September 27, 2009 is postponed. By Sunday, LET in Visayas and Mindanao is suspended.
- 15th Asian Senior Men’s Volleyball Championship to be held on Saturday, September 26, 2009 is postponed.
- At least 25 provinces of Luzon including Metro Manila are placed under state of calamity by the government (September 26, 2009).
