I want to try to earn money through the Facebook’s Paypal Wishlist. But I don’t have Paypal account yet. And according to my friends, Paypal will be asking its users a credit card. Is it really true that I need a credit card to open a Paypal account? Please clarify.

Actually, you can open a Paypal account even if you don’t have valid credit card. Paypal will only ask you a valid email address during the registration process.

But you should understand that initially your Paypal account is still limited for it is still considered as unverified account. And in order to verify your Paypal account, you need a valid credit card. From that credit card, Paypal will charge a certain amount and then Paypal will send you the EXPUSE. The amount charged by Paypal to your credit card will be credited back to your Paypal account after you successfully verified your account.
