Have you received an email coming from Facebook telling you to reset your password like the email message below:

SUBJECT: Facebook Password Reset Confirmation! Customer Message!

MESSAGE:

Dear User of Facebook,

Because of the measure taken to provide safety to our clients, your password has been changed. You can find new password in attached document.

To let you know, it’s an email scam. This email is targeting Facebook users. The main purpose of it is to spread the worm. The attached file is actually the worm itself. Once you download it and open it, the worm immediately install itself into your computer, thus infecting your computer’s system.

Once installed and activated in a computer, the worm will collect information from you like your username and password in particular websites, your credit card information and other information that the author of this malicious program wants to collect.

The function of this worm doesn’t end up in collecting information from the infected computers. It also spread itself to other computers.

Be careful on this kind of email.
