I was reading several news articles today regarding the persecution that President Barack Hussein Obama experienced from his fellow Christian Americans, just because he supported the building of Mosque and Cultural Center in a private property in lower Manhattan, near the 911 ground zero. Even if they knew that the President regularly attends Christian worship service with the United Church of Christ, but most of the Christian Americans still doubted that the President is a Christian. They’re now thinking that their president is a Muslim.

I was wondering why are they overreacting over the support showed by the President in the building of the Mosque. For me, the President simply showed his support to the freedom of Religion. Just like what the President said, if other religion especially Christian could build their houses of worship (church) near the 911 ground zero then Muslims could build their Mosque too.

What if President Obama is really a Muslim? It might be true just because:

1. …his name is Barack Hussein Obama in which “Hussein” is the name of Prophet Muhammad’s grandson;
2. … his father is a Muslim;
3. … his stepfather is a Muslim;
4. … he ordered that “radical Islam extremist” be called only as “violent extremist” without identifying these people as Muslims;
5. … he bowed to Abdullah of Saudi Arabia;
6. … he supported the building of Mosque near the 911 ground zero.

But what’s the problem with it? Is it not allowed for a Muslim American to become the president of the US?

If I were an American, Barack Obama deserves my vote for his reelection.
