Attorney Resigns From Lindsay Lohan’s Case
Lindsay Lohan’s criminal case attorney Shawn Chapman Holley resigns from the case after releasing a statement calling the sentence to Lindsay Lohan “harsh”.
It can be recalled that on July 6, 2010 the Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 90-day in jail and another three months in rehab after ruling Lohan violated the probation in a 2007 drug case for her failure to attend seven sessions of the court-ordered alcohol education classes.
Lindsay Lohan found a new attorney that will handle her case and the appeal for the issued decision.
