US – Russia, Signed Nuclear Arms Treaty

Us President Barack Obama and President Dmitri A. Medvedev of Russia signed a nuclear arms treaty on Thursday in Prague.

The Russian President called this as truly historic event that will open up new age where both countries will win. The treaty will mandate the reductions in the actual arsenals maintained by the two countries from 2,200 nuclear warheads to no more than 1,550.
