Three company board of Yahoo are quitting along with the Yahoo Chairman, Roy Bostock . They are Vyomesh Joshi, Arthur Kern and Gary Wilson. Last month, Yahoo co-founder Jerry Young had resigned. Roy Bostock is the one who fired the Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz on September.
