Before 12PM yesterday, February 6, 2012, I was in the Maasin City hall when we felt the strong jolting. I immediately, took my son, Carl Justine who at that time was standing just below the city hall’s tv. City hall’s employees and people transacting there ran to get out of the building, while I decided to stay in the building but in the safer place to avoid the stampede and to avoid any falling debris.
