A woman who was involved in the marketing activities of HP since late 2007 to the fall of 2009 accused Mr. Mark Hurd of sexual harassment. This accusation has led to the investigation which found out that Mr. Hurd has a close personal relationship with the woman, and that there were times that the woman were paid for transactions that actually weren’t there but the amount involve is immaterial.
