Last July 26, 2010, I subscribed with the Cignal Digital TV broadcast through its Plan 390. I spent PhP2,990 for the kit which includes Satellite Dish, Set Top Box, Remote Control, Cignal Card, and three months worth of subscription credit. I also spent another PhP1,500 for the installation and activation.
