$100K Stolen by the Garcia Sons, Returned by the US to the Philippines

The government of the United States of America, through the US Ambassador to the Philippines, Harry Thomas Jr, handed the check amounting to $100,000 to the Ombudsman, Conchita Carpio-Morales, Thursday January 12, 2012, in Quezon City in the presence of US Department of Justice (DOJ) attaché Robert Courtney III, deputy attaché Eric McLoughlin and US resident legal adviser Robert Strang.
