Shin Jung Hwan Scandal

Shin Jung Hwan, a Korean singer and comedian is currently stranded at the Cebu hotel after Shin failed to pay his debt from a Korean money lenders.

It was reported that Shin flew from South Korea to Cebu on August 27, 2010 for a vacation. While in Cebu, he played baccarat in a Cebu casino. He lost a lot of money that resulted to borrowing money from a Korean lender using his passport as collateral for the loan.
