The Blame was on Aleli

Negros Occidental Representative Ignacio “Iggy” Arroyo died on January 26, 2012 in London after battling his liver cancer. As many believe, Iggy Arroyo is now resting in peace. However, the word “Peace” and its meaning is not yet there between the two women that Iggy left behind. The two women are Grace Ibuna who was his common-law wife, and Alicia Rita “Aleli” Morales Arroyo who was his strange (but still considered legal wife) wife.
