After Dr. Vicki Belo and Eric Johnston Chua submitted their affidavits to the NBI, Katrina Halili’s camp charged Dr. Vicki Belo and 3 others as accomplices to the crime committed by Dr. Hayden Kho which is the violation of the Republic Act (RA) 9262 or Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act and are also responsible in proliferation of the sex videos.

The 3 others who are charged are Eric Johnston Chua, Dr Mark Herbert “Bistek” Rosario, and Princess Marie Velasco.

Eric Johnstone Chua and Bistek Rosario are friends of Dr. Hayden Kho who according to Hayden Kho betrayed him.

But the betrayal of the two friends of Hayden started only when Hayden Kho had sexual encounter with Bistek Rosario’s girlfriend, Princess Marie Velasco. Princess Marie Velasco was an employee of the Belo Medical Clinic.
