The lawyer of Dr Vicki Belo aired their side through the SNN (Shobiz News Ngayon) regarding the issue on who circulated the sex videos of Hayden Kho with celebrities like Maricar Reyes, Katrina Halili, Brazilian model, etc.. He showed to Mr. Abunda of SNN the gate security logbook of Dr. Belo’s residence to prove that Dr. Belo’s claim that she left the residence first, leaving Erik Chua and companions at home working for the jobn being instructed to them by the beauty doctor, was true and that the claim of Erik Chua was false.

The lawyer also clarified that based on the logbook, it was not December 18, 2008 when Erik Chua and companions went to Dr Belo’s residence to retrieve the sex videos just like what Erik Chua said on his affidavit, but it was on December 12, 2008. He accused Erik Chua of copying the date, December 18, 2009, from the affidavit of Dr. Belo because according to him, it’s Dr Belo who submitted first her affidavit.
