While the events in Iran is ongoing, lots of contents are published in Youtube, blogs, Twitter and other social networking websites in Persian language. So, the introduction of the new capability of the Google Translate to translate contents in Persian language is of great timing.

Today, we added Persian (Farsi) to Google Translate. This means you can now translate any text from Persian into English and from English into Persian — whether it’s a news story, a website, a blog, an email, a tweet or a Facebook message.
