Libel Suit by Richard Gutierrez against PEP.PH, Dismissed
It might be late to write updates about the dismissal of the libel suit filed by Richard Gutierrez against the PEP.PH (Philippine Entertainment Portal) because that happened actually few days ago.
Anyway, the libel suit was dismissed by the DOJ for lack of probable cause. The Gutierrez family was disappointed.
If I were in the shoe of Richard, I will be happy if someone is writing about me even if it’s false because that adds up to my popularity. So, there would be a reason for me to answer the press questions and there would be a chance for me to be featured at different TV stations, talked from different radio stations, and be featured on different papers.

I agree on the comment above, Richard G. should be thankful that he’s getting a FREE publicity, whether the story is true or not.
The media is helping his career. If this story is written, I can assure you a lot of reporters, columnists will try to get an interview from you, then this’ll be another +, in your going down career.
I can understand why the Gutierrez family filed a suit, what-else, “for the money”. But DOJ is too smart for that, they knew your family’s credibility, you’re all after the M-O-N-E-Y.
It’s good thing your case was D-I-S-M-I-S-S-E-D.
That’ll teach you a lesson !!! P 25 millions !!! for a poppy-cock case !!!, this is absurd !! you’re all must be out of your skull !!!! Nothing personal folks, I used to like Eddie Gutierrez, he was one of my favorite, until he got hooked up with the princess of hell, Anabelle.
In fairness to the Gutierrez clan, not all of them are sucks or stinks.
Ruffa G , is the only one who have class and marunomg umarte. The rest like Richard “BAD BREATH”. “BALE”, ” SIMANGOT BOY ” ,”MONGOLOID & MONEY FACED like his mom , (Anabelle), cannot act., not mentioning no talents at all,who cannot sing, dance & act, how did you become an actor ????Raymond, the worst TV host in the PHILIPPINES. For me MO TWISTER & ABUNDA are the best. And of course, Eddie, also BALE during his salad years in showbiz, Last but not least, the queen of all, Anabelle, knows only exposing her nude body, just to attract audiences.
Anyhow, good luck na lang on your future money LIBEL case. But your name (GUTIERREZ) is already marked on DOJ mind. I doubt if there’s another case like this, you will not win.

I would like to thank this column for letting me voice out my opinion about the Gutierrez family. I just want to let the GUTIERREZ’ know that me & thousands of TV-MOVIE fans disliked their family., of course, except RUFFA. MABUHAY KA RUFFA !!!, and for the rest of your family……, ???? I don’t know, SAMBAYANANG PILIPINO, KAYO ANG HUMATOL.

Annabelle is the reason why the Gutierrez family is facing negative publicity, dahil ang dami niya inapi noon, akala mo kong sino magsalita e bombera lang naman noong dekada 60′s. Kong makalait ng tao ay walang ka preno-preno. She is totally devoid of class and breeding.
If I were Richard Gutierrez, I’ll give up acting. You cannot act, no talents at all. Siguro if you give up acting, matatahimik na ang bunganga ng nanay mo.
I hate to say this, you’re a good looking guy, but when it comes to acting you’re “SUCKS” & “STINK”. I don’t know why it never occcured to you, why are you getting a lot of insults and criticsms, it because of 2 things, 1st of all you’re not marunong umarte, which we already established that, secondly, you’re loud-mouthed, and IGNOT, walang pinag-aralan, lukaret at kulang-kulang na nanay mo (Anabelle). And one more thing, you said, you were born in Beverly Hills, California. No, you were born in San Francisco General Hospital, your family was on WELFARE” that time. I kew that co’z, I had a friend who used to work there.
