The NBI currently have the Lazarte’s who maintained the site “Flesh Asia Daily” where the controversial sex videos of Hayden Kho with celebrities like Katrina Halili, Maricar Reyes, Brazilian Model, etc were first uploaded. But the Lazarte’s claimed that those materials were just sent to them via email.

So, the question now is who really sent the sex videos to the Lazartes?

This is the problem that the NBI is now trying to solve. And I really wonder if the NBI will be successful to this.

Here’s what I am currently thinking:

I think, the Lazarte’s surrendered already their email address that received the email from the sender of the sex video. So, I know that the NBI got the IP address of the sender already.

By investigating the IP address with the help of the internet providers, the NBI will probably find the subscriber using that IP Address even if the IP address provided by the internet providers is dynamic.

The only problem is if the one using the IP address is an internet cafe. I wonder if the NBI has the ability to identify the sender of the sex videos who was just using the internet access of an internet caf…
