Getting with an iPhone 3GS

Having an iPhone is actually one of the dreams of the youth today.

When the iPhone was first released, I talked to my self, that someday, I’d be getting one, and that would happened before I get married.

However, my son came and my wife and I were married for more than a year already, but until now I am still dreaming to have one. That’s the problem actually of a poor blogger like me.

Today, it was reported that Australia was hit by the shortage of the supply of the iPhone 3GS. It was just launched in Australia last June, but the 5 telecommunication companies there have sold already all the iPhone in their stock.

Apple revealed that they’ll be delivering more iPhones to the telcos of the country but they also admitted that they don’t know when and they couldn’t cope up with the demand of the iPhone 3GS.

By next year, I think, Apple will make another version of the iPhone. I guess, they’ll call it the iPhone 3G-SL. Guess what SL means? Well, I think, it means “Sustines Laplana”.

By the way, who among you got an iPhone already?

Nudity in App Store, Pulled Off

I thought the porrny materials that made available through the App Store were supported by Apple.

Today, I learned that the pornography feature in the App Store has been pulled off by Apple for containing inappropriate materials.

Application developer who are affected by the recent move by Apple are confused. They argued that nudity in the App Store is clearly supported by Apple knowing that Apple provided a category for the 17+ materials which said that application contained “Frequent/Intense Sexual Content or Nudity.” Developers revealed that in the application submission, there is a part wherein you designate your app that it contains nudity which clearly signifies that Apple offer them the place for the 17+ materials.

Apple is now supporting porrn materials to be distributed through its iTune App Store. The application is called “Hottest Girls” which is available for only $2 which includes 2,200 topless models and nude girls.

Some said that this move by the Apple helped those pervert a lot letting them get sexy, nude and porrny materials without risking the users credit card especially that those websites that are selling the same materials in the internet are not secured.

Love to Own an iPhone 3G S

Apple will now be releasing the new version of the iPhone which Apple calls it iPhone 3G S. They said that S stands for speed telling us that the new iPhone is more faster than the previously released iPhone.

However, tech guys consider the “S” as secrecy or secret because Apple intended not to tell everyone the specs of the new iPhone.

Well, we’re just fortunate that T-Mobile Netherlands posted the specs of it as listed below:

3 Megapixel Autofocus Camera/ Video camera
256 RAM
600 MHz Processor
etc

If compared to the old version of the iPhone, the iPhone 3G S is truly more faster since it has 256 MB RAM compared to the previous which has 128MB only. And its processor speed which is 600 MHz is greater than the previous which is only 412MHz. Plus it is also believed that it supports the OpenGL ES 2.0 and uses the PowerVR SGX.
