We both have common answer. It will be impossible to have the Pacquiao versus Mayweather boxing bout just because Mayweather don’t want it to happen.

Before, a lot of boxing followers thought that it’s Manny Pacquiao who rejected the call of the fans to fight against Mayweather because of the drug-testing that Mayweather want.

However, after the Pacquiao-Clottey fight and winning the congressional seat in the Philippines, Pacquiao announced that he now agreed to random testing up to the 14 days before the fight. Boxing followers thought that Mayweather would now agree to fight Manny Pacquiao. But it didn’t happened. Instead, Mayweather announced his second retirement for he said he would devout himself to his own foundation.

So, it was clear already that Mayweather just don’t want to fight the Filipino champ. He’s afraid that he might lose the fight and he might lose his undefeated record.

Let’s us just wait for the November 13 fight of Manny Pacquiao against Antonio Margarito who is much bigger, much taller and has higher reach advantage. If Manny Pacquiao will still win this fight, then his speed is truly powerful than the height and reach advantage.

However, there are also reasons why I should think that it’s Mayweather Jr who was afraid of fighting Manny Pacquiao. Remember that Floyd Mayweather Jr rejected a supposed $8,000,000 prize if he would fight Antonio Margarito whether he would lose or win.  And then he went into retirement during the times that fans were expecting him to fight one of the two fighters: Antonio Margarito, and Oscar De La Hoya (rematch).

And now that Pacquiao is willing to accept what Floyd offered before regarding drug testing, Mayweather is again planning to retire from boxing.

From this, I have no doubts that it’s Floyd Mayweather Jr who wanted to avoid Manny Pacquiao. He’s coward. He just wanted to fight weaker fighters to maintain his professional boxing record.

But the way the became convinced on Mayweather’s accusation to Pacquiao is logical enough. If Manny Pacquiao was clean then why was he trying to escape from the random drug testing?

Actually, I am not one of those boxing fans who were convinced that Manny Pacquiao was on PEDs.

I believe that he’s clean from PEDs. I think, the reason why Manny Pacquiao rejected Mayweather’s demand is just his pride. For him the demand of Mayweather was a plain insult to him who is currently the number 1 P4P fighter and the reigning Welterweight Champion.

And while reading the blogpost of Tommy-The-Tooth about Manny Pacquiao and the PEDs, I immediately thought that maybe it’s Mayweather who was on PEDs.

Tommy-The-Tooth got some points why Manny Pacquiao was clean and that Mayweather might be the one who was using PEDs:

1. There are many Americans who tested positive on PED. Some of them are:  Sugar Shane Mosley, Barry Bonds, James Toney, Ben Johnson, Mark Mcquire, Roy Jones Jr., Marion Jones, Alex Rodriguez, etc.
2. No Asian athlete who were tested positive on PED.
3. Floyd has the height and reach advantage yet he ‘s afraid of fight Manny Pacquiao over PED.

And now that Manny Pacquiao agreed on the demands of Mayweather Jr, what will be the next issue that Mayweather Jr should brought out just to avoid fighting Manny Pacquaio?

So, if there will be no Pacquiao vs Mayweather Jr fight this November 2010, then we’ll all blame Mayweather for he’s just a coward dog out there.

But of course, I did consider that the demands of Mayweather regarding blood tests was just an alibi for him to avoid fighting against Manny Pacquiao. However, if Manny gave in to the said demand, then I think, we’ll be watching the Pacquiao vs Mayweather this March 13.

But Manny Pacquiao had the right to reject the demands of Mayweather considering that Manny Pacquiao was the current P4P fighter and Welterweight Champion. And not only that, Pacquiao vs Cotto pay-per-view number was higher compared to Mayweather vs Marquez. In other words, Pacquiao’s rejection to the demand of Mayweather was simply a call of his pride telling Mayweather that he was the P4P fighter, the champion and real money here and that Mayweather is just a duckling.

So there’s a reason why lots of people think that Mayweather really don’t want to fight Manny Pacquiao. His demands was just his way of avoiding the mega fight knowing that Pacquiao’s team would not agree of his demands.

But boxing fans are expecting for the Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight after Pacquiao vs Clottey and Mayweather vs Mosley bouts.

And now, Mayweather is again saying that he will demand a 65-35 split in favor of him because according to him, his fight against Mosley will result to higher pay-per-view compared to Pacquiao’s fight against Clottey.

This is just a new alibi for Mayweather to avoid fighting Manny Pacquiao because he knew that Bob Arum, the promoter of Pacquiao, will not agree with this demand.

So, don’t expect that a Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight will be happened. Mayweather really don’t want to fight Manny Pacquiao.

As of this time, HBO is still confused which fight to promote via the Pay Per View service. However, Manny Pacquiao’s promoter, Top Rank, through Bob Arum is ready to use their own Pay Per View service for Manny’s fight, just in case the HBO will favor the Mayweather – Mosley fight.

From now, you need to decide which fight should you watch this March 13. Would you spend your money for Mayweather or for Manny Pacquiao?

Boxer Pacquiao to fight Clottey at Cowboys Stadium

Filipino superstar Manny Pacquiao will take on Ghana’s Joshua Clottey at Cowboys Stadium, the billion-dollar state-of-the-art home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, promoters said Sunday.

Promoter Bob Arum and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones announced the deal a day after Arum attended the Cowboys’ NFL playoff victory over Philadelphia at the stadium on Saturday night.

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao will defend his title against Ghanaian Joshua Clottey at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas on March 13, the Filipino’s promoter and the Cowboys owner said Sunday.

But Floyd Mayweather Jr scared of tainting its professional boxing record with a loss from Pacquiao. His camp knew that Manny Pacquiao wouldn’t agree of the olympic-style drug testing process. So, they used it as an excuse so Mayweather can avoid Manny Pacquiao.

On January 5, 2010, camps of Mayweather and Pacquiao met in the office of retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein in Santa Monica, California revive talks between them mediated by the retired judge.

Manny Pacquiao agreed to be tested 3 times including the test right after the fight. But Mayweather insisted  the random drug testing and refused the proposal of Manny Pacquiao.

Whose to blame of the death of the Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight on March 13?

It’s obvious…. Mayweather.

I understand why Manny Pacquiao don’t want to undergo a random blood drug testing especially if it is done right before the fight.

But I couldn’t understand why Mayweather didn’t agree with Manny’s proposal when in fact a blood-drug testing will be done right after the fight. I think, drug test right after the fight is enough to catch a cheater who uses Performance Enhancer drug.

Previously, the bout was set to happen this July 18, 2009 but it was postponed due to the injury that Floyd Mayweather got from his practice.

But, observers thought that there was no injury happened. The fight was postponed because the ticket sale is too low compared to their projected sales.

Anyway, the September 19, 2009 schedule is already enough for the two fighters to prepare and meet in MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas with their 100% condition.

This news makes most of the boxing fans to believe that the Mayweather vs Marquez fight on July 18, 2009 will not happen. We don’t know if the injury of Mayweather is real but it seems that Mayweather’s camp is not interested anymore to continue the deal against Marquez. Besides, the sales of the ticket for the July 18 fight seems so low.

Having an injury during the training might be a valid excuse for Mayweather to reject the July fight and looking forward for the November 14 fight against Manny Pacquiao. Remember that the Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto deal is not yet final, so Mayweather still has the chance to get the deal with Pacquiao.

And everybody knows that Manny Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather Jr will gain more money than Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto.
