Mathieu Montcourt who faced 5-week ban from playing tennis in France and fined $12,000 for betting, was found by his girlfriend in his apartment dead.

The cause of his death was still unknown. But after handing the penalty, he complained that the penalty was too worst because he never bet for more than $3 and wasn’t bet for his own matches.But the Court of Arbitration for Sport said Montcourt had wagered a total of $192 on 36 tennis events in 2005.
