This is the problem that the NBI is now trying to solve. And I really wonder if the NBI will be successful to this.

I think, the Lazarte’s surrendered already their email address that received the email from the sender of the sex video. So, I know that the NBI got the IP address of the sender already.

By investigating the IP address with the help of the internet providers, the NBI will probably find the subscriber using that IP Address even if the IP address provided by the internet providers is dynamic.

The only problem is if the one using the IP address is an internet cafe. I wonder if the NBI has the ability to identify the sender of the sex videos who was just using the internet access of an internet caf…
