I don’t know if PDEA is just riding on the popularity of the Hayden Kho and Katrina Halili Scandal. But I am sure that the reason why the PDEA enters the scandal issue just because the mother of Hayden Kho, Mrs Irene Kho, confirmed that the illegal drug is involve in the scandal.
