So, I was actually surprised when Katrina Halili’s camp showed the recorded audio of Lolit Solis as instructing Hayden Kho on what to do in front of the camera to show to all that Hayden really was sorry for what he did on his intimate moments with his girlfriends and one of them is Katrina Halili.

As if Halili’s camp is telling the people through the media that Lolit Solis is the director of this scandal.

Now, I understand that the first part of the Katrina Halili – Hayden Kho Scandal was just a practice for the Celebrity Duet performance.

Jobert Lazarte, a Flesh Asia Daily staff, denied the allegation that they uploaded the sex videos of Hayden Kho with different women, except the two videos of Hayden Kho and Katrina Halili dancing with “Careless Whisper” song.

When asked about the source of the Hayden Kho videos, the Lazarte said that they receive the copy from someone via email.

The Flesh Asia Daily website according to the NBI had 60,000 hits a day before the controversial videos were uploaded. And when I checked today the stat record of the SiteMeter on the Flash Asia Daily website, the site currently has 241,959 average unique daily visitors and 354,439 pageviews. But according to the NBI, the website’s hits had rise to over a million daily.

After Katrina Halili’s body has been “Belo-fied” all over, she has the audacity to appeal to the Department of Health to have all the Belo clinics shut down and ask that Doctor Vicki Belo’s license be revoked. She was the one who snatched Hayden Kho from Vicki so why is she making it seem that she’s the victim?

There would be no sex video to begin with if she didn’t carry on with their liaison dangereuse. She has every right to be angry at Hayden but why is she taking it out on Vicki? Knowing how kind-hearted Vicki is, it’s impossible that she orchestrated the uploading of the sex videos on the Net.

I remember when her trusted Girl Friday, whom she treated like family, robbed her blind. Instead of retaliating, Vicki just let her go. What more when it comes to Hayden, whom she loved deeply? His shame is her shame, too.

Katrina has asked Flawless (co-owned by Vicki) to release her one-year endorsement contract worth P300,000 but it seems she has no intention of returning a single centavo. Vicki and her biz partner Ruby are not demanding it back.

Flawless won’t release her because it wants to honor its commitment but since Katrina no longer wants to be associated with the clinic, it is not imposing its legal rights and will leave it up to her whether she wants to appear or not in their events. Katrina’s next billboard should read: Shameless!

On Thursday, Katrina Halili filed charges over the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) against Dr. Hayden Kho and Dr. Vicki Belo of medical malpractice. She claimed she underwent liposuction at the Belo Medical Clinic conducted by Dr. Hayden Kho in August 2007 although Kho just passed the Medical board exam only in February 2007. And it is said to be a clear medical malpractice because Dr. Kho did not undergo the required 4-year residency training in cosmetic surgery.

Since Dr. Vicki Belo allowed Dr. Hayden Kho to perform lipusaction without the proper training, so she was included on the charges.

And not only that, Katrina Halili even went to the Department of Health asking the agency to shut down the clinic for the same reason stated above.

The lawyer also clarified that based on the logbook, it was not December 18, 2008 when Erik Chua and companions went to Dr Belo’s residence to retrieve the sex videos just like what Erik Chua said on his affidavit, but it was on December 12, 2008. He accused Erik Chua of copying the date, December 18, 2009, from the affidavit of Dr. Belo because according to him, it’s Dr Belo who submitted first her affidavit.

The complaint is based on the complaint filed by Katrina Halili and by the result of the investigation made by the NBI Anti-Fraud and Computer Fraud Division.

So, the mother and son, Mrs Irene and Dr Hayden, are now facing charges against them.

And who’s next? How about the mastermind of the proliferation of the sex videos?

Here’s what happened based on Erik’s Revelation:

1. Dr. Vicky Belo asked him and certain Dr. Bistek Rosario to retreive the computer from Dr. Hayden Kho. The computer was owned by the Belo Medical Group.
2. Dr. Vicky Belo gave them the key to the apartment of Dr. Hayden Kho.
3. Erik Chua and Bistek found out that Dr. Hayden Kho was not on his apartment so, the two brought them the computer to Dr. Belo’s residence from Dr. Kho’s apartment.
4. When Dr. Kho learned that the computer was stolen, he tried to commet suicide.
5. When Erick and Bistek learned what Dr. Kho did, they went immediately to Kho’s apartment, and brought Dr. Hayden Kho to the nearby hospital.
6. On December 18, 2008, Chua went to Dr. Belo’s residence as requested by Dr. Belo to assist her in opening the computer.
7. Erik Chua couldn’t access the computer because it required password in which Dr. Belo successfully decoded in her third attemp.
8. Dr. Belo and Eric Chua found the sex videos of Hayden Kho.
9. Dr. Belo instructed Chua to burn a copy of the videos into a DVD (Recordable) disk which Chua did in Dr. Belo’s presence.
10. Dr. Belo, after that, instructed Chua to delete the files from the computer, which Chua did in Dr. Belo’s presence.
11. After handing the disk to Dr. Belo, he left the place.

Likewise, in Dr. Belo’s affidavit, he’re what happened as reported by the PEP.PH:

1. Dr. Vicky Belo was aware of their sex video with Hayden Kho that he recorded.
2. On December 9, 2008, Dr. Belo asked Erik Chua and Herbert “Bistek” Rosario, to retrieve the computers and hard drives which were issued to Hayden by the Belo Medical Group and where he may have stored a copy of our video.
3. Dr. Belo gave them the key to the apartment.
4. Erik Chua and Bistek brought her three (3) computers and one (1) hard drive.
5. The computers did not contain the video Belo was looking for. And hard drive couldn’t be accessed because it was password protected.
6. Erik volunteered to find a computer expert who could gain access into Hayden’s hard drive for them to obtain the videos.
7. Belo revealed, On 18 December 2008, Erik, accompanied by a computer expert, went to my house. They went to work by decoding the password and gaining access to the hard drive. Since I was about to have dinner with some friends, I left them at my house with the specific instructions to delete the said video file from the hard drive should they find it.
8. Later, Erik went to the dinner and gave her the DVD.
9. She played the DVD and found out that Dr. Hayden Kho had had sex encounters with celebrities, including Katrina Halili.
10. Dr. Belo, then destroyed the DVD and the Harddrive and thrown them away.

Erik Chua point to Dr. Belo as the one who have the master copy of the sex videos and that he didn’t have any copies of it. On the otherhand, Dr. Belo revealed that the master copy was destroyed by her and that she did not mastermind the proliferation of the sex videos.

So, who really circulated the sex videos?

I am not saying that Dr. Belo really is the culprit on this. But I have doubts on what she revealed on her affidavit like and what she answered on the previous interviews like:

1. What Dr. Belo and Erik were looking for in the computer was the sex video that featured Dr. Belo herself and Dr. Hayden Kho. Now, why did she allow Erik to retrieve the sex video file alone? Isn’t it natural reaction for her to stay with Erik to avoid him in watching her intimate moments with Hayden Kho in a video file.

These websites are injected with malicious codes which is masked as link to the Katrina Halili sex videos. However, if one clicks the link, a blank page will be loaded then requires the user to download the codec that supposed to be used to play the video. But the supposed codec being downloaded is a program that installs trojan and let the hackers sneak into the affected computer.

According to the report, this incident  indicates, but doesn’t prove, obviously, the hackers in question hail from the Philippines. Katrina Halili is a Filipino actress recently tied up in a sex tape scandal. Well, don’t know if she was actually tied up or not. (Ref)

She accused Katrina Halili as the one who taught Dr. Hidden Kho to use illegal drugs. Because of this, she was sued by Katrina Halili with Libel.

But it was not Katrina Halili alone who was being accused by Mrs. Kho. The road manager of Katrina Halili, Omar Sortijas, was also accused of providing Katrina Halili the illegal drugs. So, since she’s just accusing someone without any proof, what should we expect for? Of course, she’s sued by Mr. Omar Sortijas with libel.

By the way, Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho’s drug test resulted negative.
