The lawyer also clarified that based on the logbook, it was not December 18, 2008 when Erik Chua and companions went to Dr Belo’s residence to retrieve the sex videos just like what Erik Chua said on his affidavit, but it was on December 12, 2008. He accused Erik Chua of copying the date, December 18, 2009, from the affidavit of Dr. Belo because according to him, it’s Dr Belo who submitted first her affidavit.

“Araw-araw biktima po ako habang pinapanood ang nasabing video. Hiling ko po ang hustisya sa hukuman kahit alam ko pong habang-buhay ko nang dadalhin ang ginawa sa akin. [Kahit] patay na po ako, pero may video la pa rin at Internet.”
