The security guards, however, of the Belo residence prevented the agents to go inside the house and even refused to hand them over the gate’s security guard’s logbook.

Belo’s camp accused the NBI of violating one’s privacy and failure to observe the proper procedure.

On Thursday, Katrina Halili filed charges over the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) against Dr. Hayden Kho and Dr. Vicki Belo of medical malpractice. She claimed she underwent liposuction at the Belo Medical Clinic conducted by Dr. Hayden Kho in August 2007 although Kho just passed the Medical board exam only in February 2007. And it is said to be a clear medical malpractice because Dr. Kho did not undergo the required 4-year residency training in cosmetic surgery.

Since Dr. Vicki Belo allowed Dr. Hayden Kho to perform lipusaction without the proper training, so she was included on the charges.

And not only that, Katrina Halili even went to the Department of Health asking the agency to shut down the clinic for the same reason stated above.

The 3 others who are charged are Eric Johnston Chua, Dr Mark Herbert “Bistek” Rosario, and Princess Marie Velasco.

Eric Johnstone Chua and Bistek Rosario are friends of Dr. Hayden Kho who according to Hayden Kho betrayed him.

But the betrayal of the two friends of Hayden started only when Hayden Kho had sexual encounter with Bistek Rosario’s girlfriend, Princess Marie Velasco. Princess Marie Velasco was an employee of the Belo Medical Clinic.

Here’s what happened based on Erik’s Revelation:

1. Dr. Vicky Belo asked him and certain Dr. Bistek Rosario to retreive the computer from Dr. Hayden Kho. The computer was owned by the Belo Medical Group.
2. Dr. Vicky Belo gave them the key to the apartment of Dr. Hayden Kho.
3. Erik Chua and Bistek found out that Dr. Hayden Kho was not on his apartment so, the two brought them the computer to Dr. Belo’s residence from Dr. Kho’s apartment.
4. When Dr. Kho learned that the computer was stolen, he tried to commet suicide.
5. When Erick and Bistek learned what Dr. Kho did, they went immediately to Kho’s apartment, and brought Dr. Hayden Kho to the nearby hospital.
6. On December 18, 2008, Chua went to Dr. Belo’s residence as requested by Dr. Belo to assist her in opening the computer.
7. Erik Chua couldn’t access the computer because it required password in which Dr. Belo successfully decoded in her third attemp.
8. Dr. Belo and Eric Chua found the sex videos of Hayden Kho.
9. Dr. Belo instructed Chua to burn a copy of the videos into a DVD (Recordable) disk which Chua did in Dr. Belo’s presence.
10. Dr. Belo, after that, instructed Chua to delete the files from the computer, which Chua did in Dr. Belo’s presence.
11. After handing the disk to Dr. Belo, he left the place.

Likewise, in Dr. Belo’s affidavit, he’re what happened as reported by the PEP.PH:

1. Dr. Vicky Belo was aware of their sex video with Hayden Kho that he recorded.
2. On December 9, 2008, Dr. Belo asked Erik Chua and Herbert “Bistek” Rosario, to retrieve the computers and hard drives which were issued to Hayden by the Belo Medical Group and where he may have stored a copy of our video.
3. Dr. Belo gave them the key to the apartment.
4. Erik Chua and Bistek brought her three (3) computers and one (1) hard drive.
5. The computers did not contain the video Belo was looking for. And hard drive couldn’t be accessed because it was password protected.
6. Erik volunteered to find a computer expert who could gain access into Hayden’s hard drive for them to obtain the videos.
7. Belo revealed, On 18 December 2008, Erik, accompanied by a computer expert, went to my house. They went to work by decoding the password and gaining access to the hard drive. Since I was about to have dinner with some friends, I left them at my house with the specific instructions to delete the said video file from the hard drive should they find it.
8. Later, Erik went to the dinner and gave her the DVD.
9. She played the DVD and found out that Dr. Hayden Kho had had sex encounters with celebrities, including Katrina Halili.
10. Dr. Belo, then destroyed the DVD and the Harddrive and thrown them away.

Erik Chua point to Dr. Belo as the one who have the master copy of the sex videos and that he didn’t have any copies of it. On the otherhand, Dr. Belo revealed that the master copy was destroyed by her and that she did not mastermind the proliferation of the sex videos.

So, who really circulated the sex videos?

I am not saying that Dr. Belo really is the culprit on this. But I have doubts on what she revealed on her affidavit like and what she answered on the previous interviews like:

1. What Dr. Belo and Erik were looking for in the computer was the sex video that featured Dr. Belo herself and Dr. Hayden Kho. Now, why did she allow Erik to retrieve the sex video file alone? Isn’t it natural reaction for her to stay with Erik to avoid him in watching her intimate moments with Hayden Kho in a video file.

I found a story published at asiaone.com. But I don’t know if the story is true.

Hayden’s friends, Erik Chua and Bistek Rosario were allegedly the ones who circulated the HK-KH sex video.

An insider reveals: “Everyone in Hayden’s barkada knew that he was permanently attached to his laptop.

He logs everything in, such as pics, journals etc.

He had a falling out with two of his friends so they conspired against him.

Di nila alam na may videos sa laptop ni Hayden [They didn't know there were video's in hayden's laptop].

All they knew was that for sure, if there is anything to be used against Hayden, nasa laptop niya yon [it must be in his laptop].

So they copied his entire hard drive in secret then they discovered the videos.

They saw peso signs immediately, either by blackmail or selling the master copy for P2 million.”

“The GF of one of Hayden’s friends had a big crush on him. When she and her BF had a fight, she cried on Hayden’s shoulders. They both got drunk and had sex. The girl wanted to continue the fling but Hayden said “No” because her BF is his friend. So nagsumbong siya sa BF that Hayden took advantage of her.”

Hayden is said to have more sex videos with other celebs and models.

With his harem, his steamy video compilation should be called: “Hayden Mo, Hayden Kho, Hayden Nating Lahat.”

Based on this story, Hayden’s problem started when he had sex with his friends girlfriend. And so what happened next are just the result of his friends revenge against him.

But this story seems in conflict with what the camp of Dr. Vicky Belo revealed via the news that she requested Mr. Chua to get Hayden’s laptop and retrieved the sex video (of Dr. Belo and Hayden Kho). Then after that, Mr. Chua returned to Dr. Belo with a gift. The said gift was a DVD that contains the sex videos of Hayden Kho with other women including Katrina Halili and Maricar Reyes.

And with her anger, Dr. Belo destroyed the DVD including the harddrive and threw them. But the questions is, how did Dr. Belo destroyed the harddrive?

Hmmm. There are lots of questions raised in my head. …

Hayden Kho and Dr. Vicky Belo accused certain Chua as someone who is responsible in uploading the sex videos into the internet. But according to Chua during the exclusive interview by the ABS-CBN, he’s not the one who did it but one of the three in love triangle.

Chua did not really mention a name but if the suspect is one of the three in love triangle, I guess, he’s referring the camp of Dr. Vicky Belo. As what I understand, the three persons who are in love triangle are Hayden Kho, Katrina Halili and Dr. Vicky Belo.

In a recent interview by the ABS-CBN with the beauty doctor, Dr. Belo said something about what Katrina Halili did. I couldn’t quote in words for words of what Dr. Belo said but the gist is, “women should learn not to go to the apartment of someone who is in relationship or has a girlfriend already then have sex with him because at the end you’ll be in trouble.”

Well, for now we couldn’t really tell who is the culprit of circulating the sex videos of Hayden Kho.
