Fans of the Wowowee will not be seeing Willie Revillame anymore at the show. This is after the ABS-CBN management and Willie Revillame agreed on terms, yesterday, allowing Revillame to be on indefinite leave.
Today, ABS-CBN through a statement said, “ABS-CBN and Willie agreed that he takes an indefinite break effective immediately, but his contract obligations with ABS-CBN hold. This disallows him to perform similar work for any person or entity in direct competition with ABS-CBN.“
Finally, ABS-CBN released order to extend Willie Revillame’s leave up to September 20 this year as the result of the talks between the ABS-CBN and MTRCB regarding the latter’s complaint against the popular host.
I heard a rumor that Willie Revillame will be resigning as a host of the popular noon show, Wowowee. And I heard that the main reason for this is the failure of the ABS-CBN to stand behind him.
Senator Manny Villar who is the current president of the NP (Nacionalista Party) told reporters that a senatorial seat at his party is reserved for Willie Revillame if he will decide to run for senator for the 2010 election.
While writing this post, I am currently watching Wowowee, specifically Ralph singing “Give me one moment in time”. The show’s fun but it’s not that well when Willie Revillame is with it.

This afternoon, Willie Revillame revealed in front of the camera through the Wowowee program the gift he received yesterday from anonymous sender.
It was a red a box. And inside of it were three brown envolope. Two of the envelopes had a mark P750 and the other one P500. Which means that the content of the box was P2Million.
