Most of the Netbook is using Windows Vista. Even if Netbooks have 1GB of RAM in a single CORE processor, but Windows Vista is very much slow.
However, those who tested Windows 7 on Netbook said that Windows 7 runs fast in Netbook with similar specs stated above.
